What is BPC-157 + TB-500?
BPC-157 + TB-500 20mg holds BPC-157 with TB-500 in a single vial. The only study of the pair that our search found was in rats, and it set the pair beside each peptide alone.
One part, BPC-157, has 15 amino acids and was first described from human stomach juice. The other, TB-500, reproduces seven amino acids of thymosin beta-4, a protein present in most human cells.

What the 6 PubMed papers cited for BPC-157 + TB-500 looked at, 2008 to 2026
BPC-157 first. Thirty-five of the 36 injury studies counted in a 2025 review were lab or animal work, and in a 2008 experiment rats whose Achilles tendon had been cut from the bone were watched for four days for gait, swelling and the growth of new vessels.
Then TB-500, whose own papers include a 2012 method for spotting it in samples from racehorses. Its parent protein, thymosin beta-4, was compared with placebo in a small 2015 trial of nine people with severe dry eye, with eye discomfort among the measures.
Last, the combination. In 2026, rats recovering from an Achilles tendon injury received BPC-157, TB-500 or both, and the study found no added effect from the pair over either peptide alone.
Three cautions apply: one Zagreb group produced much of the BPC-157 record; the only test of the pair that our search found used rats; and when a 2023 lab study bought TB-500 online and tested it, what was inside did not always match the label. Those were other sellers' products, not this vial.
